Finacle 7.0.25 L2 Support: Modus was Engaged by a large System Integrator. For Finacle L2 Support for a public sector bank well known as Vijaya Bank. Our engagement in the Project start in the year 2015 and still going good. This Project mostly covers, Finacle Production support including Customization Support and Coordinating with L3 Team as well for finding the solution for some of the Product Issues.
Solving the issues related to the customizations developed by Bank’s inhouse team.
Analyzing and providing clarifications to the bank on their concerns on the product behavior.
Managing the TechOnline calls and co-ordinating with OEM’s L3 Team regarding the issues raised with them and bring them to closure.
Executing Mock Quarter end, Year End activities, generate the reports and share the same with bank team.
Providing support to the bank during the DR drill activity.
Patch Testing before sending it to the bank team for further testing.
L1 + L2 Issue Count faced by Modus was high.
Huge data(belonging to retail and corporate customers) available in Bank’s DB for analyzing the issues and concerns raised.
Unavailability of dedicated Environment support staff from bank side as well as in the L2 Team.
Opportunity to work close with the client on L2 services.
Real time work experience with Production environments.
Enhancement of product, database and architecture knowledge.
Good Place for Learning in all aspects especially on L1 and L2 Support.
